Take your leadership to the next level with this foundational four-part training series designed for Chamber members and your key employees. Delivered over four sessions, this program gives leaders the time and space to absorb new skills, put them into practice, and receive ongoing support between sessions.
Each full day of interactive, immersive training runs from 9:00am to 4:30pm in Tofino, covering the core competencies every effective leader needs — from assertiveness and communication to delegation, upselling, and building high-performing teams.
This training is ideal for business owners, managers, department heads, supervisors, and team leaders. Come join other Tofino leaders in developing your skills and taking leadership to the next level. Spaces are limited to 20 participants — contact the Tofino Chamber of Commerce to reserve your spot.

Fees/Admission
$1,800 +GST for the full series, or $480 +GST per session. The Chamber will be able to offer reduced pricing with higher participation levels, so spread the word!
