DESCRIPTION:The Tofino Consumers Co-operative Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on September 18th\, 2024\, at 7:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion\, upstairs.\n\nDirector Elections:\n\n\n Four director positions are up for election.\n\n\n\n All director nominations must be submitted to the Tofino Co-op Administration by 10:00 PM on Wednesday\, September 4th\, 2024.\n\n\nPlease Note:\n\n\n Candidates for election must meet the criteria set forth in Rule #76 of the Tofino Consumers Co-operative Association's Rules and Regulations. This information is included in the candidate nomination package.\n\n\n\n Due to advance voting\, we request candidates to provide a one-page bio to be included in the AGM information packages to assist with member voting.\n\n\n\n Nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting\, as per Rule #79.\n\n\n\n No proxy votes are allowed.\n\n\nAdvance Voting:\n\n(Delayed until Wednesday 11th\, we apologize for the delay.) \n\n\n Advance voting will take place from September 11th to September 18th\, 2024 5:00pm\n\n\n\n Starting Wednesday\, September 11th\, 2024\, members can pick up their advance voting and information packages from the Tofino Co-op Administration Office and vote by secret ballot at the Administration Office.\n\n\n\n Advance voting will close at 5:00 PM on September 18th\, 2024.
