Mermaids tears jewelry is handcrafted in Tofino by Joey Rukavina. Joey grew up on Vancouver Island spending countless hours at the beach. With her family in tow she hunts for the unique pieces of sea glass used in her jewelry.

Legend has it that mermaids cry when a sailor or fisherman is lost at sea. Their gleaming tears wash up as sea glass, crystalline treasures in magic sea colors… a reminder of eternal love.
